OCA Architects, Inc is passionate about great interiors whether in commercial, retail, corporate, residential or public uses and we strive to create inspiring and aesthetically pleasing project that sustains over time. Our interior projects are program-driven, cost sensitive and exhibit a fusion between the project's complexities and excellent design.
Expediting
With an understanding of the dynamics and intricacies of the permitting process, OCA Architects, Inc provides comprehensive plan review and permit expediting services. We have mastered the rare art of navigating through the labyrinth of complex regulatory agencies and have come to be recognized by our clients for our error free service and the timely delivery of permits and regulatory approvals. Our clients list include The Taubman Company, Beverly Center, Hugo Boss, Michael Kors, Dolce & Gabbana, to mention a few.
Building Information Modeling (BIM)
OCA Architects, Inc employs the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology and have been executing projects using Autodesk Revit Architecture since 2007. From the client’s perspective, the enhanced BIM technology affords greater communication and understanding through the 3D visualization of the project’s interior and exterior. Productivity and consistency are enhanced because changes to elements in the model are updated and visible inall other views. The ease of extracting, reporting and organizing project data for collaboration within the project’s team is a significant value. We are on course to executing 100% of our projects using Autodesk Revit Architecture and we are encouraging our consultants to employ BIM technology on our projects.
